Random and completely pointless question but does anyone remember this UK advert?

I think it might have been one of those “warning about something” (perhaps smoking?) adverts. It was in the 90s.

In the background there were school children chanting “One times one is one, two times two is four, four times four is sixteen, sixteen times sixteen is” etc .

Maybe for a disinfectant - were they counting bacteria reproduction?

I don’t want to say yes but now you’ve said it it rings a bell

Yes I think I do! The song’s called Inchworm if that helps you with your search 😁

I thought it was banking? I remember the chant ad well but not what company it was for.

Can't remember what the advert was for, but I remember that chanting.

No - that's not the Inchworm song. The maths in that is much easier - doubling numbers, not squaring them!
