Social Workers in the 1970's

Does anyone know a Social Worker called Mr.Braithewaite in the Basingstoke area because in 1973 he sent me to Hampshire Training Industries -for the Mentally Handicapped as the Learning disabled were then referred to- as I just need to contact him.

You may be better off posting on local groups on Facebook. That usually seems to have some success as he may have friends or relatives in the area still.
