Ensuite bathroom - Help me not get ripped off!

Looking at having our small ensuite bathroom revamped in the new year, but I don't have a clue where to start ad don't want to get ripped off! It's a very small room with just a shower, loo and sink, no space for anything else. Obviously all the plumbing is there, but we would like new lights. I know the suite I would like, and have chosen 'shower wall' rather than tiles (which are much quicker to install).

Do I just need to find a builder? Or do I need to go to a bathroom shop type place? I'm worried about getting ripped off and not knowing how much the job should cost or how long it should take. Does anyone have any ideas?

Also I'm in London if anyone has any recommendations.

Thank you.

Why not ask your colleagues, your neighbours, your friends on FB

I'd ALWAYS prefer a personal recommendation if I could get one.

Then get a couple of quotes.

Some plumbing firms do this, general builders do this and you will also get firms who only do this.
