If a baby fell off bed and has a red mark on forehead. He's never fell before. Has this ever happened to anyone else and their baby Been fine?

How old? How high, how did he land?

7 month +, face down, on adult bed

Yes. Babies are pretty bouncy / their bones are very soft.
DD rolled off the sofa, the bed, and almost off the kitchen counter 😊.
She's grown up fine.
