10 month old sloppy nappies

The last 2 weeks my 10 month old has had sloppy nappies. I've not changed his diet and he's not unwell so I don't understand why it's changed.
Health visitor doesn't seem concerned but I am.

Any clues anyone?

If you haven't changed the diet then I'd suspect teething or a bug, it can take them weeks to get over some bugs.
