I have just started to allow my Ex partner see my youngest child(older a adult). I stopped contact due to the relationship being abusive, and drugs being involved the ex taking regularly, anyway I have not had any money in this period which I excepted. We discussed maintenance and he offered to pay me £30 per week. Now this would be fine if this man did not have the money I told him that I was insulted and said to keep the money and just provide all essentials that would be need when he has are youngest for weekends. He has said he can’t afford and has called petty obviously I will now take steps to resolve this via CM. I was hoping to avoid this and try be civil
