Favourite Gary Rhodes Recipe

I absolutely loved his cook books. So sad he has passed away so young. I thought it would be nice to share your favourite recipes of his. We make his Lancashire Hot Pot from Great British Classics. We have made it for years and is even better eaten the next day plus the page is on is now dog eared. A Winter staple for us !

I used to be vegetarian in my teens/twenties and his vegetarian Christmas dinner recipe was the best. Can't totally remember it now but it was v Gary Rhodes and of its time - time consuming to make and layers were involved but it was v v tasty.

This one, it's amazing.
A few years ago I suggested it to someone on here to make for a dinner party, and I was scoffed at as it was just crap weeknight food.
I've never forgotten.

He made an amazing chicken curry recipe that had grated ginger in it I would love to find the recipe again I haven't made it in years

The only Rhodes recipe I remember making was for a Jaffa cake dessert & it took forever to make!
