60th birthday

My dad is turning 60 and I’m looking for suggestions for presents!
I’m looking for an experience that I could send him and my mum on. He really enjoys anything historical. Or maybe something adventurous (I’ve seen flying lessons).
Also want to do something sentimental from his 2 young grandchildren but not sure!
