Fed up of soggy feet

I like to wear pumps... the canvas type things. But the soles wear out and get holes in and i get wet feet. So I wear canvas lace up trainers and in the rain they too get soaked.

I don't really like shoe type shoes or boots but I'm struggling to find anything trainer/pump like that isn't bloody canvas or sporty!

Help!

Well, you need to wear waterproof shoes then. Leather probably.

google leather trainers or pumps.

I think in winter you might have to go with wearing shoes or boots.

Buy a shoe waterproofer?

You will always get wet feet wearing canvas pumps in wet weather.

Leather is your best option. And generally in pump style you will still get wet as not covered at the top and the soles thin.

Do you not like boots or closed shoes as maybe the type you have tried are too tight or firm?

Seconding the water-proofer. You can get very good sprays and also wipe on waterproofing that should have your canvas shoes holding up a bit better in the rain. That said, you'll be warmer with a decent pair of boots if you can stomach it.

Waterproof trainers? I've bought them from Millets a couple of times, but loads of different ones come up on a google shopping search.
