Couldn't decide which thread this fit!
I'm very sleep deprived at the moment (insomniac 10 month old) most nights I get between 2-5hours and even this is broken. I know it drives me to make poor food choices as I seem to crave high carb, high fat options. But on the flip side... I must be burning calories being awake so long.
Just curious how sleep affects your diet and weight...
