Piles and labour

Due DC in three weeks although my first DD was two weeks early so possibly any day now. I have piles that I can't shift Sad. They improve but then go bad again. Been to doctors who has given me some cream and powdered drink for constipation. But she told me there was no way they will go before I have this baby due to pressure of the baby.
Just want others honest experience. How bad are they going to be after labour if I already have them? Did they make the pushing stage even more painful? Sad

I'm not going to lie, piles after birth were horrendous. They took a week or so to go down. I just applied cream everytime I had a bowel movement but it was horrible.

My midwife told me my piles saved me from worse tearing when I had DC number 2!

The piles were 100x worse post birth than my episiotomy. Not what you want to hear I know. If they are bad, lie down as much as possible-I found sitting for prolonged periods excruciating Sad
