Car seat/travel system compatibility Help?!?!

I'm a first time mother to be and the act of picking a travel system is making me want alcohol.

I'm trying to work out if the cybex cloud z attaches to the Silver Cross Wave. I have been given three different answers by three different places (straight no from silver cross, a maybe without reclining from mothercare, and someone from another shop told me it does), and I'm getting desperate enough to travel to the nearest big shop... 3 hours away. My nearest mothercare doesn't have the adaptors, so the maybe was as good as it got.

Now I know the cybex uses the same adaptors as maxi cosi, and that the previous cybex model not only attaches, but it also reclines... so I don't know why the new one wouldn't when the adaptors are the same...

So I don't suppose any one knows if the 2019 wave is compatible?

Try contacting cybex directly. I asked them a question recently regarding car compatibility and one of their seats, and they got back to me very quickly.
