CCTV/Home security recommendations

We’re about to move into a house in a much quieter area than we currently live in and I’d like to install some kind of security system, (cameras, doorbell etc) mainly for the outside areas. Can anyone please recommend a good system, preferably one that can be monitored via an app and is easy to install?

We had ours fitted about seven years ago. It was done by a local security company, they fitted our alarm and outdoor lighting when the house was built.
We have four cameras, one for each side of the house, all are infrared and give good quality pictures day and night. There is a control box which is in the living room underneath the Blu-ray, it’s wired in the the tv so you can view from there and it also has an app so we can look from our phones.
We are in West Yorkshire, so if you’re anywhere near here I can highly recommend the company. If not, have a look at local security firms and ask the to come out and do a survey for you. They will tell you how many cameras you would need plus and additional outdoor lights etc.
We also have a couple of hive security cameras inside which are really simple to use, we tend to use them when we go out so can keep an eye on the dogs

Forgot to say our system will alert us if someone approaches the house at any time, it beeps so you would know if someone was knocking around before you looked at the cctv. You can switch it off so it doesn’t drive you mad but it’s handy to have.
