Minimum I can get away with for 3 y/o birthday party?

This has been a horrible year for many reasons
(recently left husband, moved to much smaller flat being the main one) and I'm currently bedridden with some sort of gastrointestinal illness. I therefore have low energy and not a lot of bandwidth.

I am going to host a very last minute birthday party for my DD on Sunday. A couple of close friends will drop by with their children and I will invite one or two children who live in the building.

I will have cake and juice, plus coffee or tea for the adults.

What else must I have at this party? Treat me like I know nothing about basic party-giving for kids because this is basically true.

I really like the cupcake and cookie decorating options! We will probably do one of those. It's really easy to make different colours too, though I just realised that I probably left all my food colouring in the family home

There is a Wilko fairly local to me. Will see if I can get some paper from there.

I will also be sure to get some snack foods to dump in bowls.

DD sometimes likes to listen to a kids' internet radio station. Will probably play that in the background.

Dellacucina What's the kid's radio station called? My daughter would like that.

I ended up having loads of snacks (that no one ate much of), cookie decorating, roll of paper and crayons, and I happened to get a skittles set yesterday. I put up a happy birthday bunting and blew up some balloons. Kids' radio station on the radio. Everyone had a ball!
