Is anyone else ridiculously tired in the evening???

As soon as I am home I ended up falling asleep just so tired in the evenings hoping it is weather related. Finding it a real effort to drag myself out of an evening.

Yes it's really bad at the moment. I think I just want to hibernate.

Iloveacurry · 26/11/2019 17:01

I work 4 hours a day and I’m feeling tired now 😴

LetMeLayAmongTheStars · 26/11/2019 17:08

Yep, end up falling asleep with the DC most nights

CountFosco · 26/11/2019 17:09

Yes. But I get up at 5am so it's hardly surprising.

MrsJonesAndMe · 26/11/2019 17:13

Daily. Lack of sun doesn't help at all...but have you had bloods done? I'm only asking as I'm iron deficient and have low thyroid hormones which really makes you feel like death (both medicated now, much improvement but not perfect)

Bluerussian · 26/11/2019 17:23

I've always been ridiculously tired in the morning, takes me ages to wake up.

GeorgeTheFirst · 26/11/2019 17:25

Only when my iron levels are low

AutumnRose1 · 26/11/2019 17:25

Yes, I have really bad SAD and insomnia

I used to come home from work and sleep for an hour. Now I use a SAD light as soon as I get in but it’s a help, not a complete solution.

QuestionableMushroom · 26/11/2019 17:28

Yep. Winter, dark nights and early pregnancy are making me flake out on the at about 7pm

Dickorydockwhatthe · 26/11/2019 17:28

Yeah had bloods done a few weeks ago but all was fine then. Definitely feeling it a struggle this month though since the clock changes. I keep cancelling evening plans as just want to stay home in the warm. I honestly just want to hibernate.

I may start iron tablets and see if they help!!

Take vitamin d3 anyway. Won’t do any harm!

Fleetheart · 26/11/2019 22:29

Try the iron. It takes a good few weeks to work. I feel the same to be honest though: it’s because it’s winter!

I’m okay till I get into bed them I’m exhausted and nauseous all of a sudden. 😔
