Afternoon!
I have lost nearly a stone lately and am feeling quite pleased. But I'm so far, it isn't noticeable. I realistically should lose another 4 stone and I'd still be classed as over weight but at least more average. I started a diet because I really need to lose weight. I have no natural motivation you sometimes have when you first join a group. I am happy with my loss so far but I also know I am good at quitting after a while. Top tips please!
