Can you buy a real Christmas tree now and leave it outside until December?

How about buying one with roots and in a pot, then it could be put in your garden for the rest of the year?

If you're buying a cut one I think it would start shedding its leaves well before Christmas.

If you keep it in a bucket of water it might be okay.

Yes you can, I buy one from Ikea every year at this time leave it outside for a week and put it up 1st December, take it down the day after New Year's Day and it always still looks great.

How long do you think the ones at the garden centre, or wherever, sit outside befor theyre sold!
