Price not an issue as it’s for part of a Christmas present.

Would prefer tea bags to leaves.

TIA

Loose leaf tea is far superior, tea pigs loose is good but for tea bags, I'm not impressed by the pricier ones.

Just bought Yorkshire tea hard water bags and that is the nicest cup of tea from a bag I've had in ages. Not very fancy though....

Barry's tea from Ireland is the best everyday tea

Pajamagirl · 25/11/2019 21:18

Yorkshire

sqirrelfriends · 25/11/2019 21:19

Another vote for Yorkshire tea.

Barry's is very nice too

IWorkAtTheCheesecakeFactory · 25/11/2019 21:19

I like loose leaf too but the person it’s for just won’t be bothered with loose leaf and I don’t want it going to waste in her cupboard.

Twinings breakfast tea is my favourite followed by Yorkshire, or you could get Dorset Tea.

Yorkshire Biscuit

Yorkshire biscuit tea is fabulous! So is Tick Tock rooibos Vanilla. And dragonfly earl grey rooibos!

If it has to be regular tea then Yorkshire Gold is pretty hard to beat!

SoftBlocks · 25/11/2019 21:37

Yorkshire tea
Dragonfly Rooibos Chai
The roasted Clearspring green one.

Apackoflips · 25/11/2019 21:37

M&S gold makes a lovely cuppa.
Otherwise Yorkshire tea is a good strong brew.

EnriqueTheRingBearingLizard · 25/11/2019 21:38

Widely available and bright tasting breakfast tea blend bags that I use and enjoy are
www.thompsonstea.com/our-teas/thompsons-signature-blend
and
www.dorsettea.co.uk/tea-shop/golden-blend/

I used to buy Yorkshire tea but both of these are much nicer.

IWorkAtTheCheesecakeFactory · 25/11/2019 21:41

Thank you everyone! I think I might have to have a wee taste test myself before deciding Grin

Betty's English breakfast tea is my favourite

IloveJudgeJudy · 25/11/2019 21:43

Clipper tea. I think the one in the darker box tastes a little better.

Sgtmajormummy · 25/11/2019 21:59

I’m a PG Tips drinker (cheap, strong and fragrant) by choice, but I got a selection box of Twinings fruit teas and they were a very thoughtful small gift.
Plenty of choice on this website.

Yorkshire tea all day long.....although as a Lancashire lass it pains me to say it! Wink

Gilead · 25/11/2019 22:34

Yorkshire tea. I buy the 1000 packs!

NoClueWithStyle · 25/11/2019 22:37

Twinnings extra strong breakfast tea gives that feeling of "ooh that's a nice cup of tea" every single time.
Used to be a Yorkshire tea buyer but now it's the twinnings ones in the red box without doubt.

Kraggle · 25/11/2019 22:39

Thompson’s, you can get it in Tesco and Morrisons and I stock up when it’s on offer (usually goes down to £1.50 for 80? Bags) best tea ever.
