To celebrate something recently I had my teeth whitened on Saturday. It was a light system, and lightened my horrible yellow teeth by 5 shades.
They look much better, but I now have 2 weeks of poladay syringes and trays. The trays aren't fitted, they are generic. It's like having a styrofoam chip tray in my mouth. I have cut them down but I still gag and my mouth gets so full of saliva.
Surely it can't be working? The fact the trays are so loose and the amount of poladay is so small, how can it? Would it be better to just smear a dab on my teeth and forget the trays (only half joking here)?
I am not in the UK and my dentist is away now until January. This treatment is still very new here. Can you advise?
