Just wondering whether anyone else has suffered from the same problem as me, because the customer service assistant hadn’t heard of it before.
Basically, a few times in the last month, I’ve edited my order, but the alterations have not gone through. The first time, I thought that I didn’t check-out properly. However, it has since happened on two subsequent orders, and I have also edited orders successfully, so I don’t think it can be me. Consequently, on my order tonight, I’m going to be handing back a third of my order, because I had subsequently changed it.
Shame really, as Ocado have been really reliable up to now, turning up on time (or early), no substitutions, good choice of food (really good for family members with allergies) etc.
