Itching, throbbing vagina, help!

My vagina has been throbbing painfully all week. I thought it might be fibromyalgia related but the last two days I’ve been itching. I’ve tried canesten today but it just burns. Any ideas?

Is it just in one spot, or is it more generalised? I had a Bartholins cyst on one side last year and before it came up I had to sit on a rubber ring.

I have fibro and never had the same symptoms. Sharp, like fanny daggers yes but not throbbing. I'd get to the GP and stop using canesten, it could make it worse.
