What would you use this for?

I have been gifted this lovely pouch by a friend today. I'm still in the massive changing bag phase and have my own pocket dedicated to my things so don't really need it for purse cards etc. Would what you use it for?

That has inspired me actually. I'm going to keep my growth chart in there (currently pregnant) and any bits of a paper I need to take with me to appointments rather than have it turn into a crumbled mess like my last one. Thanks guys!
