Help me with meal ideas for sharing round the table!

I know I should post in recipes but that area doesn’t get to many responses ...

We live away from the UK and have alot of people coming yo stay over the next weeks and months and I need meal ideas where I can chuck a bunch of things on the table and everyone helps themselves.... obviously not wanting TOO much hard work but reasonable amount of effort.

Some ideas so far are big joint of beef , salad , potatoes, homemade garlic bread. Fajitas another one (bit boring!)

Anyone care to share what dinners you make that are crowd pleasers?

Two or three types of curry with pilau rice, popadums, naan bread, mango chutney and onion bhajis
Paella

Pulled/shredded ham hock with baked potatoes, warm bread rolls, grated cheese, apple sauce, tomato chutney, coleslaw, caramelised onions and a green salad.
Mini pulled pork sliders or hot dogs, onion rings, sweet corn salad, mozzarella sticks, southern fried chicken strips, bbq sauce, American mustard and ketchup.
Chickpea tagine, chicken/lamb tagine, falafel, couscous and flatbread

Our go to favourite when we have guests is putting out wraps, falafel, halloumi, houmous, then lots of salad. All very quick to make and clear up!
