Possible miscarriage

I am 8 weeks and 3 days. Yesterday I started bleeding. I wiped and a little dark bloody spot of mucous came out. After that it was just residual. I didn’t bleed for the rest of the day. Today about 24 hours the first spot of blood, I wiped and there was a little blood. My boobs are no longer tender. I am worried I am having a miscarriage. Did anyone else bleed around 8 weeks? Should I go to the emergency room?

I did, also 12 and 16 weeks. Had a scan at 8 and 12 weeks and all was fine. No cause was found for the bleeding and it was put down as hormonal.
Can you call your midwife? Either the community office or if she's in your doctor's surgery regularly, can you leave a message for a call back?
