I live in a house that consists of two flats made into one.
The signal in some parts of the house is so bad that I still have two broadband contracts (there are two addresses based on when it was two flats)!
I spoke to virgin about getting cable instead. After I finally (!)got through to someone sensible, she said she was sure we could get signal in every room because with cable (1) a fast signal comes all the way into your house and (2) they can put boosters in if it doesn’t reach the whole house (3)she thought my router was in the wrong place anyway.....
Would you switch? I’m ignoring the introductory price bit because it will of course go up after a year.....
