When do I worry?

DD just turned 2 has had an awful cough that has caused vomiting in the night since last sat. Took her to the doctors on Monday & he said viral just calpol & rest etc.
Fast forward to this evening and the cough has got worse and she has a temp of 38 that I can’t get down with calpol/stripping down to vest etc.
She’s barely eaten all week but has drink water well.
Advice please for worried FTM?
111 said they’d get GP to call me back but have been waiting since 6 :(

I'd take her up a&e personally. Normally I'm one to say wait and see, fever isn't a bad thing etc but the fact it wont come down with medication is concerning.

I would also say A & E. Vomiting all week sounds concerning, especially with the temp that won't come down x

Okay thank you both. Am panicking now :(
The vomiting isn’t constant it’s just once or twice per night due to the cough x

Phone 111 back or a&e my 2 year old ended up in hospital last weekend on IV antibiotics ... the nurse previously said it’s this winter bug that is going around... this bug is nasty as anything lots of schools local to me are closed for “deep cleaning”

I’d probably give 111 another call before a&e but only because they can sometimes jump you past a&e (via a GP to day unit )
