Cold sore help

I've been run down for 10 days now and can not get rid of the three cold sores on my top lip.
Please give your best cold sore remedies

I don’t find anything helps other than Zovirax. Even other creams with aciclovir in don’t seem to have the right consistency to stay on for long. I probably apply it every hour or so too which I know is way over what the packet says.

Compeed cold sore patches. Use as soon as you feel the tingling feeling.

Get yourself to the doctors and ask for aciclovir tablets. They work wonders. Last time I took them I didn't get a cold sore for over 2 years, and I used to get them whenever I was due on or run down.
