I'm of a certain age and idolised him in the 80s.

I've dragged dh along to drive and an equally obsessed friend same age is coming. We're dressing up. Dh will be most amused

Oh wow. Hes gorgeous! He was my first pop star crush 😍

I've seen him twice and he was just fabulous. I was born in 82 so missed his 'heyday' but I distinctly remember seeing a copy of Prince Charming at a car boot sale when I was about 8 and just falling head over heels with this stunning creature emblazoned on the cover. I begged my dad to buy it for me (which he did, and then proceeded to introduce me to his other albums that he had in his vinyl collection at home) and that was it. I've loved him for a many a year and absolutely still would .

He was and is absolutely beautiful. Adam Ant and Dave Vanian will always be my first loves.

He comes across as a lovely soul too. He was thanking the crowd all the way through.
