Norethisterone help please!!!!

I have a very exciting night planned but was also due on today. I started taking norethisterone three days ago as prescribed.

But I’ve just started bleeding ffs Shock. Is this going to carry on? Is it normal?! Help!

Only time I've bled is when I've started taking the tablets too late to stop the period. Sorry!
