Highlights too dark help!

I’ve just come back from having my hair done.

I wondered if anyone could advise? I’ll try and explain.

My hair is long and i haven’t had highlights in it for 18months. The highlighted part is very light.

I asked for highlights and a second colour on the growth And also the second colour pulled through the lengths.

Now that it’s all done and I’ve seen it in natural light I find the old highlights WAY too dark sad and too Ashy.

Does anyone know if there is anything that i can do about it?

Bleach rose shampoo will knock out the ashy tones and warm it up :)

Thanks I’ve just had another good look over it and it’s over reprocessed too and white on some parts

Go back and tell them you’re unhappy and can they rectify it.
