The slightly squishy version as opposed to the drier chalky stuff please. Crucially, it needs to be really simple, very tasty and quick. Not to mention foolproof!
Thanks 😂

IF you can read my handwriting, this is the best recipe for chocolate fudge I've ever found. No thermometer needed, no checking the ball stage in water. Easy and works every time. Nom.

Slow cooker fudge! Changed my life. No faffing around just dump everything in and switch it on - perfect fudge ready a few hours later. Obviously not great if you want to make it quickly but great if you dont want any hassle and want to walk away from it

I use Nigella's chocolate fudge recipe. You can do it in the microwave.

Microwave fudge. Easy af. This recipe always works for me.

397g tin of condensed milk (don't use the diet stuff)
400g chocolate of your choice (aldi pretend orange aero works really well in this!)

Put the condensed milk into a microwave safe bowl, break up the chocolate and add it to the condensed milk.

Heat it in 30 second bursts, beating between bursts until it's smooth.

Pour it into a lined dish.

Refrigerate overnight.

Voila, perfect fudge every time. This recipe has never failed me.
