It was a bit of a fanny on but managed to get 3 for me and my sons. Dh didn't fancy it. My dss are 19 and 22 and don't mind hanging out with mam 😁

Anyone else going?

I am so jealous. DH was meant to be sorting this and your post has reminded me - apparently he’s forgotten 🙄

incognitomum · 22/11/2019 11:50

They've sold out for boro. Apparently going for resale at £600! I said to my sons that they didn't really want to ho did they 😁😉 just joking.

Sorry for those who haven't got tickets. I had to put alarm on and luckily wasn't at work.

I want the Middlesbrough tickets - it's walking distance for me, Friend got us them - then I realised it's on my babys due date. Could I give birth in the Riverside and call the baby Brandon?

TwelveLeggedWalk · 22/11/2019 12:04

So jealous. Tried to get standing for Southampton and no joy even though I was online by 9 and seemed to be early in the queue. I guess everyone who bought the album snapped up standing in pre-sale.
I've seen them twice and they've been epic each time, can't imagine how good a stadium show will be!

onedayallthiswillbeyours · 22/11/2019 12:10

I'm going!! It will be my third time seeing them and I'm sure they will be amazing again but I don't know if anything can ever top seeing them at Cardiff Castle last year. The atmosphere was just electric and we were so close to the front I felt like Brandon was singing directly to me! Honestly one of the best experiences of my life.

incognitomum · 22/11/2019 12:35

QforC that would be amazing Grin

It’s a no for us. Didn’t get the presale code (roulette?) and didn’t realise it was no purchase required. Tried at 9.04 couldn’t do before as on a work call, queued on 3 sites, took till 17 minutes past to get an offering of a) sell your kidney to afford or b) the back row of the back of the stadium up in the gods. And still loads of money.

I am very grumpy.

LouisaJenny · 22/11/2019 12:40

Twelve Seetickets.com have pretty decent seats still for Southampton.

Pookaroo · 22/11/2019 18:27

I got tickets for London!!!! 😁😁 I'm so excited. we were going to go to Bristol to see manic street preachers as well but I'm going to see queen the same day 😂

PaquitaVariation · 22/11/2019 18:31

I’m taking my dd12 to the Middlesbrough show. It’s her most wanted Christmas present. Seen them before many times but looking forward to seeing them play in my hometown!

BuggaLugga · 22/11/2019 23:55

I got 2 standing tickets for Emirates this morning ! Didn't realise there was a pre-sale on Wednesday and tried Coventry first but sold out by 9.03am (or seemed to be). Persisted and got London. Not sure whether DH will want to come so might have one for sale at some point I think I'd make a lot on it!

SuperMeerkat · 23/11/2019 07:52

Thanks @LouisaJenny Not heard of Twickets. Want to go in Bristol.

LouisaJenny · 23/11/2019 11:14

Keep an eye on Twickets nearer the time :)

waterrat · 25/11/2019 22:05

Question...I've got a standing ticket for Emirates. How hard is it to get a good spot if you stand....do people arrive hours early

twopintsprick · 25/11/2019 22:07

Yes ... standing tickets for London 🕺

BuggaLugga · 27/11/2019 13:54

waterrat but what if you got your place near the front early on then needed the toilet?! I presume there will be good visibility throughout the standing area but I don't think I have never been to a stadium concert before!
I am more worried about standing for that long!
Also does anyone know - The time says 5.30 but surely they wouldn't come on at that time?

PaquitaVariation · 27/11/2019 20:02

Their on stage time will be around 9 @BuggaLugga

BuggaLugga · 27/11/2019 20:47

Thanks Paquita, so obviously there will be some support act or acts but do people just hang around for 3 and a half hours beforehand? Not sure I've the patience or stamina for that!

TidaQuel · 27/11/2019 20:55

Standing for London Saturday night.... absolutely amazed I got tickets as everything is usually sold out when I try to book! And I was at work on a call when it was my turn to buy!!
It’ll be tough to get a front spot but not impossible. I shall be aiming for the same. Sam Fender is London support I believe. You’ll need to get a spot early. For drinks or loo, you can go then just push your way back to your spot.

BuggaLugga · 27/11/2019 22:30

But if you can push through, then you can push through any time anyway? You can't 'reserve' a place to stand.

waterrat · 27/11/2019 22:39

@BuggaLugga haha this is exactly my worries!!
I honestly can't imagine standing in one place for hours I have never even heard sam fender - also how do you go to the loo????

Im starting to get anxious that Ive made a stupid mistake getting standing tickets and should have got a seat.

also - im going on my own - my husband thinks im mad but nobody else i know likes them.

EmMcK · 27/11/2019 22:43

They are SO amazing! Dont be late, whatever you do. The last Killers concert I went to, they opened with Mr Brightside and it was incredible.

LouisaJenny · 27/11/2019 22:43

I’m pretty sure I read that Emirates (London) is standing plus unreserved seats? And then additional seating area which you are given a seat number.

I saw them in Wembley several years ago and it was the same - standing with unreserved seats. It was much easier for me as I didn’t want to stand too long.
