Here is another thread to discuss the PA interview and its repercussions.

That library miss
To my knowledge I’ve never see David Icke write a comment in any thread on the forum that bears his name.
Like I said when it comes to the paedo thread there were some very good researchers on there and a lot of dot joining.
It’s up to everyone to decide how believable some of the stuff is.
Maybe that’s why DI is still alive and it suits him to be thought of as a nutter.

Moomin8 · 22/11/2019 17:04

David Icke isn't really a nutter imo. Scientists say that nothing is solid and that's just the way our brains interpret them. That's loosely the basis for Ickes beliefs about the royals - based on the apparent idea that they have different DNA to us.

Not saying I necessarily belief it. But his ideas are not, in themselves bonkers.

Breaking: Andrew's resigned from his "role" with Pitch@Palace

How does Icke's theory about the royal family being lizards work? Does it apply to those who marry in too? Have Kate and Meghan undergone some sort of transformation programme?

Puzzledandpissedoff · 22/11/2019 17:17

Pitch@Palace article: www.cityam.com/prince-andrew-steps-down-from-pitchpalace-role/

Oh, and yesterday he resigned from the Outward Bound Trust, but at that point he was still saying he'd continue with Pitch: www.telegraph.co.uk/royal-family/2019/11/21/prince-andrew-resigns-outward-bound-trust-aides-confirm-will/

But mummy still wanted to make a public show of horse riding with him, so that's okay then ...

MakeMineALargeProsecco · 22/11/2019 17:23

I'm just gobsmacked that the Queen is still horse-riding at 93!!

DontFearTheReaper · 22/11/2019 17:25

I’ve just been watching the C4 Prince & Paedophile programme. Weirdly the guy with the hidden identity’s accent reminded me of Prince William! Probably just generic posh accent.

Also you know the girls are young but when you hear the police interviews of them talking it really hits you Sad

Er, not quite. That's a great TL;DR for a Y3 class, but it's not going to lead to MRI scanners or proton therapy.

It's true that everything we experience is a product of our brains activity, and you can argue the nature of objective reality. You can even argue we are all living in a simulation. But you can't really use that as a starting point to backtrack to giant lizards. You really can't.

SirHumphreyDrinkalot · 22/11/2019 17:34

I always want to say “Pitch@Palace” in a broad Yorkshire accent.

It had to be.
There was no way he could go cosying up to sponsors like that.

He’s in deep doo doo
The house of cards is coming down.

SerendipityJane · 22/11/2019 18:15

The house of cards is coming down.

that could yet prove to be the most apt comment yet ...

Dowser · 22/11/2019 18:15

Apparently Charles and Camilla were heckled by someone in the crowd at Christchurch yesterday

That would’ve gone down like a lead balloon

I bet Charles can’t wait for this tour to be over ..to get home and roll his sleeves up..and have a quiet word with Andrew 😂

I bet phone lines to BP are red hot

Our credibility in the world must be rock bottom now.

Laughing stock..yet again.

SerendipityJane · 22/11/2019 18:19

Sadly the UK is stuck with these aristocratic throwbacks. But I suspect the Republican movement in New Zealand and Australia has just had a massive boost.

So the Big Idea of Brexit was to cosy back up to the Commonwealth was it ? Hows that shaping up for y'all ?

Nanamilly · 22/11/2019 18:25

But mummy still wanted to make a public show of horse riding with him, so that's okay then ..

The Queen often rides out with members of her family.

The pictures look as if they were taken from some distance so she hardly made a public show.

Andrew is still her son and I expect that like most of us she loves her child despite their behavior.

Encyclo · 22/11/2019 18:30

He really is persona non grata now. I feel so bad for Beatrice.

SerendipityJane · 22/11/2019 18:33

As the Diana tragedy showed, the Queen has a slightly wonky public perception radar. At least back then she had Tony Blair to advise her who was relatively pretty down to earth.

Who's she got now ? Bonkin' Boris. It's hard to imagine how his advice is going to help in anyway. He probably can't see why there's a problem, and why Andy can't just tell a few whoppers and get away with it "The Boris Way".

WineOrGinOrBoth · 22/11/2019 18:42

I have no issue with the Queen riding with her son. He’s resigned from his public role not his private one. He’s not been found guilty of any crime.

How many of ammeters would not support their dcs?

Unless you have experience in this you’ve no idea. I have. The immediate family carried on supporting their family member. The wider (us) didn’t. It happens. I don’t think either side were wrong actually.

And if I’ve outed myself please pm so I can name change.

Puzzledandpissedoff · 22/11/2019 18:57

I wouldn't disagree with this, but what a shame she didn't choose to keep the support private - and sorry, but since this is Windsor Great Park, I really don't accept that the show was anything but deliberate

Some may well feel that HM's indulgence has already created enough problems, without the need for further grandstanding

ajandjjmum · 22/11/2019 18:59

Nanamilly Absolutely.

With regard to the Queen's behaviour following Diana's death, I think that is now more or less agreed that supporting her DGC should have been her priority - as she said it was.

Readingjournal · 22/11/2019 19:01

I have no issue with the Queen riding with her son. It's not really great for PR. Andrew riding with mummy signals his ridiculous privilege to the whole world, when he really should be eating humble pie. Part of the problem with the interview was not that it proved he committed a crime but that he feels above the rest and looks down on us commoners with sheer and utter innate contempt. He has fallen from grace in a spectacular fashion and has only himself to blame. Charities have dropped him like a hot potato and days later he is seen smiling and waving to the cameras when he leaves BP and then riding on his royal grounds with mummy and his royal staff. It doesn't look good. Neither does how Fergie acted, grinning and laughing, look particularly smart or clued in to the public. Marie Antoinette also didn't pay heed to public opinion and we all know how well that ended for the royal family in France.

The whole family appears completely out dated, possibly with the exception of Kate, Meghan and Harry.

Moomin8 · 22/11/2019 19:09

@SerendipityJane I see what you mean but the lizard thing is based on what other people have said to him I think? The idea about extra terrestrials ruling the world is a whole other thing.

In any case he has shown to have been right about Ted Heath, Savile, etc.

Nanamilly · 22/11/2019 19:12

There’s hardly been a day recently when there hasn’t been a picture of the Queen out riding in Windsor Great Park. It’s what she does under normal circumstances as well as when things aren’t so great.

She also had tea with her son yesterday or the day before - no fanfare was made about it.

I believe the ride today was just that - a group of people including a mother and her son riding out together.

ncncncncncncncnc · 22/11/2019 19:21

I've always said PA is the one who person in the royal family who'd really struggle if he had to get a proper job. He is such an entitled prat. I attended an event last year where he took the salute. We had to stand when he arrived and left, complete with a driver and two police cars and motorbikes as an escort.

Encyclo · 22/11/2019 19:22

I agree with this.
