Another question about freezing stuff...

I’m on my own this week, and I really, really want bouillabaisse. Do you think I can make a normal quantity of the soup part and freeze most of it?

yes - I think you can ( does that help ) I would freeze the soup part and then when out again do the fish ) - If you are poisoned I will be castigated by Poirot. - But I think not

Thank you! I’ve made a big pot of the soup and I’m waiting for it to cook before I freeze it. So excited! (I don’t get out much)
