We are pleased to be the first supermarket in Ireland to commit to a €12.30 minimum hourly rate for our employees, in line with the latest ‘Living Wage’!
The change will benefit 800 employees in Ireland, while all other employees working in Lidl already earn in excess of the Living Wage.
