Just being nosey really and wondering if there was any correlation between weight and steps.
I am just about a healthy weight but it's my diet that let's me down (stress eater). I think I only manage to stay a healthy weight because I'm so physically active (exercise regularly and also just busy).
On a work day I probably average between 8-10000 steps and on a non work day it's around the 15000 mark as I rarely sit down.
As an aside my dh is slim in a sedentary job (although exercises a couple of times per week) but he only does between 5-8000 per day. He has a very good diet though and self regulated very well.
Anyone else care to share?
