Went to walk in yesterday as I felt rubbish, had to keep going for a wee and dull ache in my kidneys. Said I have a uti infection and only gave me 3 days of anti biotics. Today I've woke up still not feeling great. I feel shaky and fast heart beat. Question is should I go see my GP today or wait for the anti biotics to see if they work?
