Need a little help here
So basically, I’m so fed up with people not taking pictures of me with my daughter unless I ask them to, obviously I don’t just mean anyone I mean close friends/family. I always take pictures of people with her when those sweet and special moments that are just begging to be captured occur, Im usually quite sly with the camera as to not ruin the moment and it makes a nice surprise when I send them a cute picture of that moment.
I have quite a few of my partner with her and when I questioned why he doesn’t take some of me with her his answer was ‘because I’m a bloke, we just don’t take loads of pictures’. I completely understand that men aren’t always snapping selfies and taking pictures of everything but it’s not about that, it’s about capturing those special moments for me to look back on in years to come.
I recently went to a wedding and there’s spontaneous pictures of other people having cute moments with my baby but there’s literally none of me, only the ones I asked to be taken.
I guess my point is I don’t want the only family photos I have to look back on to just be selfies and staged photos, I just have no idea what to do about it, any ideas?
