Ideas for M&S advent calendar

Looking for some thoughts!
I bought an M&S advent calendar (prior to the changing room debacle 😡) for myself and was then bought a lovely one by my DF, so no longer need the M&S one.
I work in a very female dominated workplace and wondered if there was something I could do with the calendar to raise money?
Like give people who want a number for £1?
I lack imagination so any other ideas would be great.

Do you want to recoup the cost of the calendar or raise money for charity? If for charity I'd sell each number for a £1 or so and donate the proceeds to a local food bank.

Oh yes, meant to say for charity! We work with vulnerable young people so was going to donate to a local charity.
