I've got leftover bolognaise, that had mushrooms and green pepper in.

A yellow pepper
A potato, peeled and chopped & sitting in water - that may or may not still be ok
An avocado
A mango
A cucumber
Pomegranates
Mushrooms
A tin of sweetcorn
Rice
Garlic bread
A tin of baked beans
Frozen sausages
Eggs
Bacon
I was thinking of stuffing the peppers with the bolognaise, with more mushrooms in, and serving with rice and sweetcorn cooked with a stockcube.
What would you make?
