So my son is very unwell and was sectioned earlier this year.
He has a bank account and his phone has been a part of his illness. So I haven't been able to check it.
I just discovered he has spent £75 on pokemon coins in three weeks and more on other stuff.
His bank won't help me over the phone as he is under 16.
I can see the spending but I am lost with how to contact the company to see how to ban him doing it and if theresa by option to recover it.
