How do I stop being angry

So very complex situation.
Basics are I have two children with long term medical conditions.
Our local NHS have made so many mistakes, dont communicate etc.
We hate complaining but it turned out to be the only way to sort things.
On and on it goes
So I have this intense internal anger at them. I can't stop it.
But we need them.
If they treat our children as they should then we will stop " complaining" but this anger what do I do to stop it.
Ibe tried mindfulness, perspective lots of ideas.
csn anyone help

Put it all down in a written document . All the anger hurt and anything else . It's up to you what you do with it afterwards . If you feel it will help - let 'them' read it if they like ? You may find it makes them realise what it's like on your side of the situation .

Good luck with it all
