New boots question

Found some fab new boots today to replace knackered ones. Tried them on in the shop and they were fab. Worn them round the house for a bit longer tho and they feel quite sloppy? Turns out they are wide fit which I don't need. Tried them with a pair of socks over my tights and that feels better. Really like the style but they only do them in wide fit? So keep or return?

I think I would return. They’ll just get sloppier. You’ll have to keep piling on the socks 😂

You’d need to try the regular fit to compare. Do you feet swell through the day? Why did the boots fit in the shop but not at home?

I have had a look and they don't have a regular brand of this style?
I guess I should have had a longer walk in them in the shop!
