Bleeding while on cerazette pill

Ok I am a bit rubbish taking this contraceptive pill and have missed quite a few day -maybe 5 - due to stuff going on with DC. I have got back on track for the last 4 days though. So with this pill, I don't get periods but yesterday I had some bleeding. Could it be because I was lax in pill taking or something else?
I am 46.

Take it daily and the bleeding should stop again. If it doesn’t see the PN or GP.
