DS has a blue tongue?

DS (8) had a bad nose bleed whilst asleep last night and this morning has woken up with a blue/purple discoloured tongue? No more discoloration anywhere else, just his tongue. He hasn't eaten anything that would explain it.

He seems otherwise fine in himself but not sure what to do when it comes to sending him to school, does this warrant a GP visit?

I'd definitely get medical advise. call 111?

Doctor, definitely. Could be signs of low blood oxygen or vitamin deficiency. Think anaemia may also link to blue tongues but definitely doctor.

DD recently had blue lips so Dr. Google led me to these conclusions. Seek proper help!
