Quiz - non-Googleable!

We always do a bit of a quiz for family on Xmas day, but I'm pg this year and frankly CBA. Please help me wise ones, it needs to be non-Googleable because they're a load of damned cheaters! All ages from 4 to 74.

I love writing quizzes!!

Cryptic rounds/speed rounds are good for not googling. Ditloids are another one and also a tasting/smelling round..... we’ve done herbs and spices, crisp flavours, cheeses

My Dsis does a photo quiz with close ups of my BIL's body called [Name]'s Bits. They have to guess what the photos are of. I guess you could expand that to close ups of items around the house.

trouble is any questions and answers given on here will be googleable as google will pick up the key words and link to the thread

You could include questions related to the family members who are there - what's Gran's shoe size? how many points does Dad have on his licence? how tall is Jim? etc.

Try this one -
King Williams College General Knowledge Quiz
It will be published on Fri 21st Dec.
The quiz setter 'checks questions by typing them into Google and changing them if necessary to make sure the answers cannot be found immediately.'
I enjoy it.

Make a YouTube or whatever playlist with TV theme tunes, or advertising music and get them to identify it.
Or a "tell me" type thing (or just buy the actual game and play it) with various things beginning with a particular letter.
Or buy the Pointless game, that's fun and in googlable as the answers are in the book.

You could try a logo game, Google has lots ideas and formats, eg

www.sporcle.com/games/g/corplogos

Or just ask people to put their phones in a box out of reach and interact with the people in the room instead of cheating and spoiling the fun and quality family time. Or play dominos instead.
