A friend of mine recently started a thread on here about teaching English online.
She referred many mumsnetters to me for advice. This was really interesting and gave me an insight into how people view this job (I had about 400 emails!)
There are many misconceptions about teaching ESL online and if anyone has any questions i'd be happy to answer them.
I started working for a Chinese based ESL company last year.
They have 'mixed' reviews online, however, my experience has been positive and it's just like any other job - apart from not having to commute.
