I’m currently 5 weeks +1 so I’ve only known for a week myself.
This exact time last year I was pregnant and lost my baby at 10 weeks or so, we got pregnant again after only a month of trying so we feel incredibly lucky but that just comes with worry!
I’ve been feeling quite a lot of cramp/period type pains in both my belly and back the past few days - only subtle and nothing like miscarriage pains but it’s still constant. Although I had this last time and know it’s quite common with early pregnancy it’s just panicking me, how do you not worry and overthink everything after going through a miscarriage, I don’t sleep properly thinking I’m going to lose this baby aswell which then makes me analyse everything I’m feeling.
