Help needed with your tried and tested gf and df cake recipes..thank you

I made chocolate brownies with cocoa powder, sweet potato, pea nut butter and maple syrup..they were ok but I felt they needed a kick in the pants

Not sure what..not chilli..maybe coriander, maybe try a spoonful of blueberries

Also made polenta, pink grapefruit and pistachio cake from the bbc website..that was nice but not to everyone’s taste

I’d like to make something everyone can enjoy at xmas, me and dh are gf and df and sil is df

What goes down well with your family.
I need to road test them now as we go away for two weeks before xmas.
( we’ve only been gf and df for four months so bit of a new ball game for us)

These are my walnut and raisin muffins made with coconut flour, and coconut milk and substation good treacle for sugar

Wow..fabulous.

Waiting for some biscuits...I’ve used coconut sugar ..so no idea what they will have be like
