I'm due to have a new boiler and all the radiators replaced at the end of the month. The only guidance I've been given is that they need a clear path to the radiators and it will take about 4 days.
Has anyone had it done? Did they need to pull up much of the floor to get to the pipes. The bolier is currently in the shed. But it will be moved to the bedroom upstairs.

Oh no sad bump I'm hoping someone could shed light on the process, it's being done through the warm home scheme who aren't being overly helpful. The only guidance I've been given is they need a clear path to the radiators.

Not a whole new system, but we had pipes replaced and it was a nightmare TBH. They had carpets up, had to move furniture, floor boards up. Holes in the ceiling etc. Not sure you need to move out, but there will be a lot of dust and upheaval.
Put a dust sheet over your bed and sofas.
